			<p>Linda C. Simmons, General<strong> </strong>Manager, Mortgage Finance, Overture Technologies, Inc., is  responsible for leading the use of Overture&rsquo;s decisioning capabilities across  the mortgage value chain.&nbsp; Prior to  Overture, Linda spearheaded IBM&rsquo;s Global Business Services into lending and  securitization, with primary focus on the asset- and mortgage-backed  securitization area coupled with loan acquisition, loan management, loan  servicing, master servicing, dashboard and management reporting and the strategic  analysis, change management and workflow necessary to achieve best execution.</p>
							<p>Prior to  IBM, she was a partner with the STRATMOR Group and a Principal in Simmons  Solutions where she provided a wide range of strategic planning, business  operational planning, risk and performance management and reporting services.&nbsp; She has provided benchmarking, best practices  and comparative measurements consulting for the mortgage investors, lenders,  servicers, third party service providers and several Internet B2B and B2C  companies.&nbsp; </p>
							<p>Linda was  previously employed at GMAC Residential Funding Corporation where she was a  Managing Director responsible for Enterprise Business Operations,  securitization operations and investor accounting for all asset backed  issuances.&nbsp; Previously, she was Executive  Vice President &ndash; Business Services for ALLTEL Information Services responsible  for business development, consulting, GSE liaison and strategic planning.&nbsp; Prior to ALLTEL, she was Executive Vice  President, Residential Lending at First Nationwide Bank in San Francisco. Ms. Simmons began her mortgage  banking career with KPMG Peat Marwick in Washington  where she was a partner in the National Mortgage Banking Practice where she was  responsible for performance studies, mergers and acquisitions, asset valuation,  and securitization operations.</p>
							<p>Coming full  circle, Linda worked for the Chancellor of the University of Houston  following completion of her graduate studies where she earned both an MBA and a  PhD in Business Administration.&nbsp; Dr.  Simmons earned a BS from the University   of Richmond.&nbsp; She has served on the faculty of Georgetown University, Boston University,  and the University   of Houston, and publishes  and speaks frequently.&nbsp; She resides on  Amelia Island, Florida.</p>
