He has led industry panel sessions in this sector for the MBA and SourceMedia on a regular basis for the past 10 years, served as an active Board Member of the National Home Equity Mortgage Association, MBA Nonprime and Alt A Council Executive Committee and is an invited member of Standard & Poor’s Financial Services Research Division, Society of Industry Leaders. His retained boutique operation represents many of today’s industry leaders. Mr Glass practice previously led the nations largest executive search firm.
Rick earned his BA in Liberal Arts from St. Mary’s College, Moraga, CA and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA.
