Tiffany Davis-Fletcher is a Director for Fannie Mae's National Property Disposition Center (NPDC) Real-Estate-Owned Sales where she is responsible for managing credit losses, developing geographically specific strategies to sell corporate assets located nationwide; and providing direction and vision to professional level management and staff . Previously, she served as sales manager for the NPDC and held management positions in the National Underwriting Center.
Before joining Fannie Mae in 1997, Fletcher was employed with Countrywide, Savings of America and Lomas Mortgage and held various roles in master servicing, originations and quality assurance. Fletcher has a Master of Business Administration and is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor Degree.
