11th Annual Mortgage Technology Conference

Letter From Our Chairman and Group Editorial Director

Dear Colleague:

In this period of crisis, now is the time for mortgage technology to come of age. For at least the past decade, technologists have been hammering out models that can help reduce costs on existing applications and invent new ones that can revolutionize the business.

Good economic conditions have given these lenders and vendors an opportunity to think over the problems, kick the tires, work out the glitches in servicing units, loan origination systems, fraud prevention technology, and a myriad of other areas such as doc prep, bundled services, loss mit and real estate owned.

The mortgage industry needs to be transformed by the efficiencies that can be wrested out of balance sheets and shifted over to the bottom line. It needs to save millions in special delivery charges and paper processes. It needs the electronic mortgage. And it needs all these things today.

It's my pleasure to once again be chairing the 11th Annual Mortgage Technology Conference, January 27-29, 2008 at the Omni Orlando Resort in ChampionsGate, Florida. REGISTER NOW and experience the latest in innovation on display, on processes stretching from end-to-end of the mortgage transaction, from lead gen and pre qual right on through to reconveyance. And it will be just in time!
