Exhibitor Staff RegistrationTo register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $895 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Monday, January 21, 2008. PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member. Hotel AccommodationsSourceMedia has secured a block of rooms at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate for a special discounted rate. You can call the hotel directly at 1-800-843-6664 (1-800-THE OMNI) to reserve your accommodations. Be sure to mention that you are a SourceMedia Mortgage Technology Conference participant. You can also go directly to the Mortgage Technology reservation page on the hotel website specifically for SourceMedia conference attendees. Please note that you will need to make your reservations by Friday, January 4 in order to ensure that you will receive the group rate. Rooms are available on a first come first serve basis. Shipping InformationPlease also refer to the Quick Fact sheet listed in the Freeman Exhibitor Kit. Warehouse shipping address: Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning December 31, 2007 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by January 21, 2008. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date. If the deadline is missed for advanced shipments to the Freeman warehouse, please ship your materials to the show site address listed below.
