Brenda B. Clem is the Manager of Secondary Marketing Loan Delivery for Fifth Third Bank, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is responsible for the timely delivery of pooled loans to Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Government Agencies and Private Investors.
Brenda has twenty-six years of mortgage banking experience, beginning her career in 1982, while attending the University of Cincinnati. Upon graduation, she has served in all functions of residential production for GMAC Mortgage, North American Mortgage and The Provident Bank. She has also assisted with the development of a Warehouse Lending and Secondary Marketing Division while at The Provident Bank.
She has a specialization in all facets of loan origination , post closing, loan delivery and investor relations. She has applied her past thirteen years of management experience in Warehouse Lending, Whole Loan Sales and Agency Delivery
Brenda has broad industry knowledge with the GSE’s, as well as Goldman Sachs, Wachovia, Morgan Stanley, Lehman, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, C-Bass, American Portfolio, Franklin Credit, Countrywide, and other private investors for sub performing and nonperforming assets.
Brenda began her career with Fifth Third Bank in 2002, where she managed the Quality Control Department for the Mortgage Division. She was promoted to her current position as Secondary Marketing Loan Delivery Manager in 2005.
