PAYMENTS:
There is a $50 registration fee for all participants. All attendees will receive a $50 travel reimbursement at the end of the event. Please make checks payable to SourceMedia and include the name(s) of the attendee(s) on the face of the check. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Registration fees include all breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, receptions and a copy of the conference workbook. Full Payment must be received 14 days prior to the event. No refunds or letters of credit are available later than 14 days prior to the event.*

SUBSTITUTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Substitutions may be sent at any time. All cancellations must be received in writing at least 14 days prior to the event in order to receive a refund or letter of credit.
