Conference Manual Ads
All ads should be high resolution pdf, print ready, scaled to the appropriate size without crop marks and submitted on a CD ROM.

2/28/2008 Staff Registration forms due
Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.

Please refer to the Freeman exhibitor kit. All decorator/electrical/telephone/internet connection has to be ordered at least four weeks prior to the conference.

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $895 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Thursday, February 28, 2008.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

PAYMENTS:
Please make checks payable to SourceMedia and include the name(s) of the attendee(s) on the face of the check. We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Registration fees include all meals, refreshment breaks, receptions and a copy of the conference workbook. In order to receive early bird discounts, special rates or promotions, full payment must be made prior to the offer expiration date. Any registration not paid in full at that time of offer expiration date will be subject to the current rate. Full Payment must be received 14 days prior to the event or your registration will automatically be cancelled. Registrations with declined or invalid credit cards will not be processed.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions may be sent at any time. No refunds or letters of credit are available 14 Days prior to start date. All cancellations must be in writing, submitted within 90 days prior to the Cut Off Date and are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the registration fee or a Letter of Credit which will cause forfeiture of the entire registration fee but allow one admittance to a future SourceMedia event to be used in the same year. No refunds will be issued on Exhibit Hall Only passes.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by Wednesday, Feburary 27, 2008. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date. If the deadline is missed for advanced shipments to the Freeman warehouse, please ship your materials to the show site address listed below. Not before Wednesday, March 5, 2008.
