						<p>John has spent his career managing the implementation of high-profile projects that support mission-critical initiatives. These business process re-engineering and technology application initiatives include: advanced credit scoring and fraud detection in the U.S. and U.K, core processing, data warehousing and analytics, reporting, collections, and customer management systems. Prior to joining Bridgeforce, John held positions in credit, business consulting, project management, customer service and technology quality assurance at MBNA America and AIG Insurance. In addition to his extensive advisory work with clients, John is responsible for Bridgeforce’s corporate operations and financial matters associated with the successful execution of client project initiatives. His concentration continues to be in the areas of credit, collections, fraud, and risk management for a variety of portfolios including captive auto, medical, student loan, and all types of consumer finance.</p>
