Bobbie Britting is a Research Director in the Consumer Lending Practice at TowerGroup, with responsibility for Home Equity, Auto, Student, Unsecured Personal and P2P lending. She has more than 20 years experience in the Financial Services industry and has held management positions at Citibank, Fair Isaac, Wells Fargo Consumer Credit Group and Ellie Mae.
Her research covers the Top Trends in Consumer Lending, the Consumer Lending Life Cycle, Loan Origination and related technologies, Loan Servicing technologies Online Home Equity Lending, Best Practices in Auto Loan Collections, The Underbanked / Credit Underserved Market, and she has authored three Research Notes on the newly emerging category of Pricing Optimization in financial services.
Bobbie received her M.B.A. from University of Rochester, Simon Graduate School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in business and sociology from S.U.N.Y. Plattsburgh. She also completed executive development work at the University of Michigan during her tenure with Fair, Isaac.
