He is a veteran writer and editor with 10 years experience covering the collections and debt-buying industries. He spent eight years in the newspaper business as an editor and reporter and won 17 Associated Press writing and newsroom leadership awards in Indiana, Ohio and Texas. He is a graduate of Indiana University.
