Terrence M. Mullen is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Arsenal Capital Partners, a leading New York-based private equity firm with $800 million of equity capital under management. Arsenal invests in healthcare, specialty industrial product and services, and financial services companies. Prior to Arsenal, Mr. Mullen was a principal at Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P., a $12 billion leveraged buyout firm, where he invested in manufacturing, services and media companies. While at Thomas H. Lee, Mr. Mullen had a leading role overseeing growth buyout investments with a total equity value of $700 million and enterprise values of over $1.8 billion. Mr. Mullen also worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley & Co. and received a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of Interdynamics, Inc. and Source Holdings Corporation.
