Jeff Rosenkranz is a managing director and head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Piper Jaffray based in the firm's Chicago office. Rosenkranz has spent more than 20 years in middle market corporate finance and has extensive transaction experience, including exclusive sale mandates, buy-side advisory services, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, fairness opinions and defensive advisory assignments. He has executed successful transactions for Fortune 500 companies, private equity Teams and entrepreneurs within many industry sectors, including industrial, consumer, transportation, business services and health care.

Prior to joining Piper Jaffray, Rosenkranz was a managing director in the Exclusive Sales Team at Merrill Lynch. Before joining Merrill Lynch, he was with The Bank of New York in the Corporate Finance Team. In addition to his extensive mergers and acquisitions expertise during his career, he has also been involved in private placement transactions and has managed a subordinated debt investment fund.

Rosenkranz graduated with honors from Washington University and received a Master of Business Administration degree with honors from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
