Andrew Rosen is a Partner with HM Capital Partners and focuses primarily on the Firm’s investment activities in the food and financial services sectors.
Mr. Rosen joined the Firm in 1993 and was appointed Partner in 2003. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sturm and is a director of Swett & Crawford. He is a former director
of International Home Foods, Premier International Foods and Pinnacle.
Prior to joining HM Capital, Mr. Rosen was with The Carlyle Group. Mr. Rosen is a graduate
of the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School of Business.
