Deadlines:
1/31/2008 Company Description and Logo
50 Word company description including the company address, contact, phone, email and website address.
Logo in EPS format. Your logo must be a high resolution image, so it appears without distortion on signs and printed conference material.
2/15/2008 Conference Manual Ads - This applies only if you have purchased an ad or its part of your exhibitor contract.
All ads should be high resolution PDF, print ready, scaled to the appropriate size without crop marks and submitted on a CD ROM or via email. Download Ad Specs.
2/22/2008 Staff Registration due
Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually, by logging into their existing account or creating a new account. Click here to register your staff.
2/25/2008 Freeman Discount Price Deadline
3/3/2008

Freeman warehouse shipping cutoff.

Material arriving after 03/03/2008 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge

3/9/2008 Showsite shipments begin

Decorator/Electrical/Telephone/Internet Connection

Please refer to the Freeman exhibitor kit. All decorator/electrical/telephone/internet connection has to be ordered at least four weeks prior to the conference.

Below are the exact hours that the exhibit hall will be opened since all catered events besides lunch will be held in the exhibit hall when the sessions break.

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $895 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Friday, February22, 2008.

PLEASE NOTE: When registering your staff you will have to create a new login for each staff member or use their existing account information. When the system prompts you to log in DO NOT enter your information if you are not attending, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

PAYMENTS:
Please make checks payable to SourceMedia and include the name(s) of the attendee(s) on the face of the check. We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Registration fees include all meals, refreshment breaks, receptions and a copy of the conference workbook. In order to receive early bird discounts, special rates or promotions, full payment must be made prior to the offer expiration date. Any registration not paid in full at that time of offer expiration date will be subject to the current rate. Full Payment must be received 14 days prior to the event or your registration will automatically be cancelled. Registrations with declined or invalid credit cards will not be processed.

SUBSTITUTIONS:
Substitutions may be sent at any time. No refunds or letters of credit are available 14 Days prior to start date. All cancellations must be in writing, submitted within 90 days prior to the Cut Off Date and are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the registration fee or a Letter of Credit which will cause forfeiture of the entire registration fee but allow one admittance to a future SourceMedia event to be used in the same year. No refunds will be issued on Exhibit Hall Only passes.

The cut-off date to receive the Early Bird group rate is February, 3rd , 2008. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.
