Jeff March is the CEO of Citadel Federal Credit Union in Thorndale, PA. As a Coatesville native, Jeff has always had close ties to Chester County, and remains a resident today.

Jeff graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration in 1979. Shortly after graduation, he entered the world of finance, holding several positions with Mellon Bank. In 1983, he began his career with Citadel, working his way up from Accounting Supervisor to his current position of CEO.

In keeping with the credit union spirit of “People Helping People,” and his own personal beliefs in community involvement, Jeff has served as a volunteer leader in both the credit union movement and also in our community.

He has held past volunteer positions with: Glenmoore Eagle Youth Association; Chester County Human Resources Association; Brandywine YMCA Finance Committee; International Management Council Top Advisory Board; Brandywine School of Nursing Advisory Council; Chester County United Way Campaign Chairman; and American Family Institute

Today, Jeff dedicates time to many credit union and community organizations such as: Community Volunteers in Medicine – Board of Directors; Pennsylvania Credit Union Legislative Action Committee; Pennsylvania Credit Union Governmental Affairs Committee; Federal Reserve Bank Credit Union Counsel; Chester County United Way – Board of Directors/Executive Committee; USERS/Fiserv, Inc. – Executive Advisory Council; U.S. Congressman Jim Gerlach, 6th District, Pennsylvania – Financial Services Advisory Committee; and Coatesville Country Club – President, Board of Directors
