Dana Stalder is Senior Vice President of Product, Sales, Marketing and International for PayPal. Prior to joining PayPal, Mr. Stalder has served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President of Finance for eBay's North American operations.

In this role, he oversaw business development activities and Canadian business operations. He also led the rollout of eBay's consumer financing initiatives, including auto financing and PayPal Buyer Credit. Prior to eBay, Mr. Stalder was Chief Financial Officer of Respond.com, a lead generation platform for small and medium businesses. He managed the finance, business development, and administrative functions of Respond.com. Mr. Stalder spent five years at Netscape Communications Corporation, where he was Vice President of Finance and Operations during Netscape's rapid growth from start-up to more than $500 million in annual revenues. He also worked for five years at Ernst & Young LLP in the Silicon Valley practice where he managed audit and consulting engagements.

Mr. Stalder received a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Santa Clara University. He is a former Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
