Dana Drago
Vice Chairman
Citizens Financial Group, Inc.

On May 21, 2007, Citizens Financial Group, Inc. announced the appointment of Dana A. Drago as Vice Chairman in charge of Citizens’ Retail and Business Banking Group. She is a member of Citizens’ Executive Management Committee and will report to Citizens Financial Group’s CEO and President Stephen D. Steinour.

At Citizens, Drago is responsible for Retail Banking which is comprised of more than 1,600 Citizens Bank and Charter One traditional and in-store branches, Business Banking which has approximately 400 business banking officers serving small businesses in 13 states, and Corporate Marketing which includes advertising, brand management and product development.

Mark J. Hogan

Mark J. Hogan is President of Small Business Banking where he is responsible for products and distribution for the bank’s 4.9 million small business customers. 

Previously, Hogan served as the Division Executive for the Northeast, where he was responsible for over 1,500 banking centers.

Raghav Lal Raghav Lal
Senior Vice President, Small Business Products
Visa USA

As senior vice president of small business products for Visa USA, Raghav Lal directs the development and implementation of the strategic vision for Visa Business products.  His team coordinates all small business credit and debit product efforts including product development, program management and marketing. Additionally, Lal manages Visa’s small business credit and debit Member services, which provide Visa Members with insight and counsel on effective client relationship management.

Lal has more than 10 years of experience in risk management and product development for small business card products.  Prior to joining Visa in May 2005, Lal spent 15 years with American Express, most recently as the head of its international Small Business Services group.  In that role, he was responsible for revitalizing small business portfolio growth, including the launch of American Express' flagship business card product in key international markets.

Lal received a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and a Masters in business administration from Columbia Business School.

 
David S. Wasik
Senior Vice President, Small Business
CAPITAL ONE

David Wasik, Senior Vice President of Small Business, is responsible for leading the Small Business Solutions segment for Capital One.  Small Business has grown to be one of Capital One’s most profitable businesses, and maintains a very strong market position in the rapidly growing business credit card and business loan markets.     

Mr. Wasik joined Capital One (Signet Bank at the time) in 1993, and since then has played a number of diverse roles across the company.  He comes to Small Business after leading the Recoveries department, which focuses on collecting debts from charged off credit card accounts.  Before that, he co-managed Capital One’s Cross Selling department. 

Mr. Wasik received a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
