9/25/2009 Conference Manual Ads
This applies only if you have purchased an ad or its part of your exhibitor contract. All ads should be high resolution PDF, print ready, scaled to the appropriate size without printers marks and submitted on a CD ROM, via our ftp site or via email. Download Ad Specs.
10/2/2009 Staff Registration Due
Our registration system does not allow multiple registrations at once. You must register each staff member individually.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $995 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Friday, October 2, 2009.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Sheraton Chicago Hotels & Towers at a special discounted rate of $249 for single occupancy, Double Occupancy $279 (*not including tax). Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. The cut-off date to receive the Early Bird group rate has been extended to Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Freeman will accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials beginning Friday, September 18, 2009 at the above address. To avoid "AFTER DEADLINE" charges, materials must arrive by Friday, October 2, 2009. Late charges will apply to shipments arriving after this date. If the deadline is missed for advanced shipments to the Freeman warehouse, please ship your materials to the show site address listed below. Not before Sunday, October 18, 2009.
