All decorator/electrical/telephone/internet connection has to be ordered at least four weeks prior to the conference.

Exhibit Hours
Below are the exact hours that the exhibit hall will be opened since all catered events besides lunch will be held in the exhibit hall when the sessions break.

Exhibitor Staff Registration
To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $450 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by Friday, September 12, 2008 .
PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.
Hotel Accommodations
Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Millennium Broadway Hotel at a special discounted rate of $429 (*not including tax and resort fee). To make your accommodations, contact the hotel directly on (800) 622-5569 or (212) 768-4400 and mention that you are attending SINTech Conference. Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. The cut-off date to receive the Early Bird group rate is Monday, September 15, 2008 . After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Shipments should not arrive prior to September 30th. Shipments stored for more than 3 days prior to the conference will be subject to a $10 storage fee of $10 per box per day.
