Brad Bailey is director of business development at Knight Capital Group where he looks at strategic opportunities for the firm. He also serves as director of NetDelta, a settlement and confirmation platform for OTC derivatives providing real-time reporting of positions, balance sheet usage, and counterparty and market risk, which is an affiliate of Knight Capital Group. Previously, he was a senior analyst at Aite Group specializing in institutional securities and investments. In that role, he consulted on the electronic trading and processing of equities and derivatives and institutional capital markets technology. Before Aite, Mr. Bailey spent over 10 years working on Wall Street. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of electronic trading systems, OTC markets, and OTC derivatives and exchange traded futures and options products. He is a frequent speaker and has appeared in many publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Business Week, Investor’s Business Daily, and Forbes. Mr. Bailey earned a MS in engineering from the University of Colorado and a BS from Rutgers University.
