Peter Coffee is director of Platform Research at salesforce.com.

He was formerly the Technology Editor at eWEEK, a national multimedia center of expertise in enterprise infrastructure technology and practice. He has 27 years' experience in advancing and evaluating information technologies and practices as a developer, manager, consultant, educator, and internationally published author and industry analyst.

Coffee holds an engineering degree from MIT and an MBA from Pepperdine University, and has taught in the department of computer science at UCLA and at Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Business and Management and the Chapman College School of Business.

Peter Fingar is an internationally recognized expert on business strategy, globalization and business process management. He's a practitioner with over thirty years of hands-on experience at the intersection of business and technology. His book Dot.Cloud was published to wide acclaim in 1009. His new book Enterprise Cloud Computing is targeted for January 2010 publication.

He has held management, technical and advisory positions with GTE Data Services, American Software and Computer Services, Saudi Aramco, EC Cubed, the Technical Resource Connection division of Perot Systems and IBM Global Services.

He has taught graduate and undergraduate computing studies at business schools in the U.S. and abroad, and has given keynote talks worldwide (including London, New York, Washington, Munich, Paris, Brussels, Tokyo, San Francisco, Montreal, Chicago, Denver, San Diego, Las Vegas, Miami, Cairo, Johannesburg, Riyadh, Dubai, and Milan).
