EXHIBIT HOURS
Below are the hours that the exhibit hall will be open, since all catered events other than lunch will be held in the exhibit hall when the sessions break.

8:00 am - 8:45 am	Continental breakfast in exhibit hall
11:00 am - 11:30 am	Morning break in exhibit hall
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm	Afternoon break in exhibit hall
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm	Cocktail Reception in exhibit hall

PLEASE NOTE: There is no decorating company assigned to this event.  All set-up and dismantle is the responsibility of the exhibitor. 

ELECTRIC & INTERNET ORDERS
Electrical connectivity is available in the exhibit area. Internet access is available for an additional charge. Please forward any connection orders by September 12th to the Traders LIVE conference operations manager at jeff.jowdy@sourcemedia.com.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your contract regarding sponsor allotments. If you go over the allocated number of passes, each additional staff member will be charged the $450 exhibitor upgrade rate. Please register all staff members by September 12, 2007.

Register Your Team

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

CLIENT INVITATION
Add value to your participation in the event and invite your prospects and clients to visit you in the exhibit hall. SourceMedia will create a personalized email invitation with your company's logo promoting the discounted rate of $450. We will either send you the email to blast yourself or we will send the email to the list you supply.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Storage space at the conference center is extremely limited. Please ship any materials to arrive no earlier than September 18, 2007.  Please label any packages as follows:

BUILDING ACCESS
Exhibitors will be able to load in directly through the lobby of the conference center at 151 East 25th Street (located between Lexington and 3rd Avenues). Once you enter the lobby, please proceed to the elevator bank on the left and go to the 7th floor.

If needed, exhibitors may also load in and out of the building through the loading dock in order to transport any larger items up to the 7th Floor exhibit area. Access must be arranged in advance with the Traders Live conference operations manager. The loading dock address is 152 East 26th Street (between Lexington Avenue & 3rd Avenue).

COMPANY DESCRIPTION & LOGO
Please provide a 50-word company description for our conference documentation book, as well as your logo (EPS format) by August 23rd via email to jeff.jowdy@sourcemedia.com.

CONFERENCE DOCUMENTATION BOOK ADS
If your participation on the conference includes an ad in the workbook, please send as a PDF file by August 23rd via email to jeff.jowdy@sourcemedia.com. Ads should be saved as a high-resolution PDF, print ready, 8 1/2" x 11" without crop marks and a ¼” bleed.
