Inderpreet Batra is a Principal in the Financial Services practice of Oliver Wyman. He has advised large retail banks on strategic and operational issues in consumer credit and card-based payments.
Inderpreet has worked with leading organisations on issues such as analytics-driven growth strategies, customer lifecycle management, and cost management. His work has helped clients break new ground in customer acquisition, increasing the depth of customer relationships, and retention. Over the last 12 months, he has focused on the impact of the current economic environment on customer decisioning - for both lenders and data providers. His recent work has resulted in lenders realizing significant value from the use of nontraditional data and the not-so-common use of traditional credit data.
Inderpreet has an MBA from IIM Calcutta, where he was awarded the Roll of Honor, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi.
