Terry Couto, a founding partner of Newbold Advisors, has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, serving in such executive positions as chief financial officer, controller and consultant. At Newbold, Mr. Couto, his partners, and associates provide consulting services to participants in the Real Estate and Capital Markets industries, including mortgage banks, banks, government sponsored enterprises, mortgage insurers, investment banks and attorneys. Newbold’s current focus is on loss mitigation, including strategic reviews and providing experienced people to perform loan modifications, short sales, and other workouts.
