David Lo is Director of the Mortgage and Investment Service practices in the Financial Services and Insurance Division of J.D. Power and Associates. He is responsible for all syndicated research studies in the practice, and plays a leading role in the company’s growing presence in the mortgage and investment services industry through proprietary tracking, consulting and performance improvement initiatives.
Prior to joining J.D. Power and Associates in 2005, Mr. Lo was employed at Morpace, where he led market research efforts for the Financial Services Group. Mr. Lo has more than 10 years of marketing and market research experience across the financial services and automotive industries.
Mr. Lo earned a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and an MBA from Oakland University.
