Prior to founding Digital Risk, Mr. Taylor was a Founding Partner of Rapid Reporting LTD, the first private company to contract with the Social Security Administration (SSA) for identity authentication. He designed and implemented the first successful Identity Theft Authentication initiative for mortgage loan originators, contracting with seven of the country’s top ten lenders to provide the service.
From 1999 - 2001, with Connextions, Inc., an integrated outsourcing provider, Mr. Taylor was responsible for eBusiness development and was a key member of the company's management team, achieving triple digit revenue growth. His contribution was critical for the award and implementation of custom CRM solutions for Olympus and CBS e-business accounts.
From 1995 to 1999, as Managing Director of the Atlantic Pacific Group, Jeff acted as Lead Investor/Management Consultant for early stage ventures across several different industries, including: Avix Technologies, Inc., a carrier-class Application Services Provider to the telecom industry; iNNERHOST, Inc., a leading application hosting firm, where he was responsible for defining and executing a return to growth and profitability for the company; and American Transfer and Trust, Inc., an SEC licensed stock transfer agency, servicing NASDAQ Small Cap companies.
Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Miami, where he graduated with honors. He is a member of the Fraud and Ethics Subcommittee of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
