Kathy McFadden, President and founder of the Fashion Fit Formula was a CEO of a construction trade association for over 18 years prior to joining forces with Ms. Wood. She had the foresight to see how they could build a global Internet company based on the formula that would help every women feel great in her clothes. As with most entrepreneurs, they have put their life saving and retirement in to building their company. Like Ms. Wood, she spent her whole career in a male dominated industry and was glad to make a change to provide a service for women of all ages, sizes and shapes and economic backgrounds.
