Introduction/Overview presentations outline the major challenges and issues you will face. These speakers are able to provide a broad perspective on these challenges or issues.
Presentations on Technologies and Solutions provide specific responses that may relate to tools, specific business practices, recent research, industry associations, or other types of assistance.
Case Studies are reports from speaker who have dealt with the challenges, applied solutions and have experience with the results. Concluding presentations will summarize the day’s presentations, and point to additional resources, if available.

- Integration—the best example of combining technologies to solve a problem.
- Visionary—the individual who did the most to advance the understanding and use of advanced card technology.
